PDS II PLUS (polydioxanone) is a sterile, antibacterial suture for use in soft tissue approximation, including abdominal wall closure and intestinal abnormalities. It can also be used in pediatric cardiac and vascular surgery, in eye surgery (except in contact with cornea and sclera), and in the adaptation of ligaments and tendons in hand surgery.
