Orders less than € 100.00 will be charged with an additional handling fee of € 10.00. This does not apply for online orders.
- Direct deliveries to your customers within Germany are also possible to the above mentioned shipping conditions.
- If the dispatch route is specified by the customer we will only charge the freight costs actually incurred by us - without packaging costs.
Products without freight costs benefit: For some of our products (mostly bulky or difficult to pack items) either the manufacturer charges additional freight charges for shipping these goods or our colleagues in the warehouse have more work than usual in finding the best possible packaging of the goods and in finding the safest transport route. In order to ensure that these goods arrive in perfect condition, additional charges have unfortunately to be charged.
