miro-plast sterile is a sterile rapid wound dressing with a highly absorbent wound compress. This is coated with a polyester mesh to prevent it from sticking to the wound. The backing material is breathable, permeable to water vapour and coated with hotmelt adhesive. Ideal fit, even for joint wounds, thanks to the high flexibility of the non-woven backing and the all-round adhesive coating.
