International Shipping Costs

Orders less than € 100.00 will be charged with an additional handling fee of €10.00. This does not apply for online orders.
Direct deliveries to your customers situated in Germany are possible at the above mentioned shipping conditions for Germany.
If the dispatch route is specified by the customer, we will only charge the freight costs actually incurred by us - without packaging costs.
Additional freight costs: For some of our products (mostly bulky or difficult-to-package items), either the manufacturer charges additional freight fees for shipping the goods, or our colleagues in our warehouse are more involved than usual in packaging the goods in the best possible way and in selecting the safest transport route. To ensure that these goods arrive at your premises in perfect conditions, additional fees apply.
