miro-coolaris zinc glue cooling bandage is a universally applicable and easy-to-mould zinc glue cooling bandage for fast and effective first aid. Particularly suitable as a semi-rigid support and relief bandage for sprains, muscle strains, torn muscle fibres, contusions and sports traumas of various types (tendons, muscles, ligaments and joints) as well as for cooling in case of muscle and joint complaints and insect bites. The longitudinally elastic bandage consists of a gauze bandage impregnated in a hydrocolloid matrix with sodium alginate and zinc oxide. During the curing phase, the bandage is sensitively cooling for approx. 4 hours due to the high water content in the hydrocolloid matrix.
