The microINR® is a handy analyzer for determining blood clotting time. The device measures the INR value from capillary blood, which is easily taken from the fingertip. The device is used in hospitals, in the laboratory, in the doctor's office, but also in outpatient care facilities - for example, in the preparation of operations or for the monitoring of coagulation therapy. Measurement principle: The INR value is determined on the test chip by checking the blood flow through microcapillaries after activation of the coagulation cascade using integrated reagents.
