idra®care Garza sterile impregnated mesh gauze with a mixture of glycerine and 0.1 % hyaluronic acid. Does not stick to the wound. Suitable for burns up to and including 2nd degree, pressure ulcers, chronic wounds, surgical wounds, abrasions and cuts. The hyaluron and glycerine bind fluid, keep the wound moist, promote healing in wounds of all exudation phases and dry wounds.
