The evacuation system was developed for use in care beds for the fast, safe and gentle evacuation of people who are unable to walk. The evacuation sheet is flame-retardant and designed in such a way that its slippery surface enables even people of average strength to evacuate a patient who is unable to walk. The rescuer does not need to lift or carry the sling; it is simply pulled across floors and stairs. After successful evacuation, the patient can continue to be cared for without any problems as they are placed on a mattress with a blanket. The evacuation sheets can be cleaned with warm water and a mild detergent.
