The gliding mat wheelchair was developed for people in need of care who slide forwards in their wheelchair. People in need of care can be brought back into a stable sitting position with the product. The two pull loops make it particularly comfortable and ergonomic to pull the user back into a sitting position. All wheelchair gliding mats only glide in one direction and are permanently positioned under the patient. Sliding forwards is prevented. The sewn-on arrow indicates the direction of movement. The outer sides of the Alpha gliding mats wheelchair are made of breathable cotton/natural twill, the inner sides are made of nylon.
