Transparent skin adhesive made from ethyl-2-cyanoacrylate. The wound can be loaded immediately after curing. Water-insoluble wound closure, can also be used on mucous membranes, e.g. in the oral cavity. Each sterile TRUglue®-Single Dosette contains 0.3 ml ethyl-2-cyanoacrylate wound adhesive and is sufficient for a wound of approx. 10 cm in length, even if the wound adhesive is applied in several layers. TRUglue® enables users to quickly treat wounds atraumatically and guarantees waterproof, infection-proof protection by forming a microbial barrier. At the same time, it has high autosterile properties and has a bacteriostatic effect on any germs that may have been introduced.
