The Signature Latex Essential Surgical Gloves are sterile, powder-free latex gloves with E-Z-Glide polymer coating for effortless donning with wet and dry hands. These easy-glide gloves with good grip have a powder-free polymer coating that gives the gloves a flexible surface, allowing the glove to stretch with the latex. These powder-free gloves also help to reduce powder-associated skin irritation and post-operative complications. The latex gloves are thinner than standard surgical gloves, making them an ideal option for general surgical use as well as for operations that require better tactile sensitivity. The thickness at the fingertips is 0.23 mm. To increase comfort and reduce hand fatigue during long procedures, a new glove shape is used in the manufacture of these gloves. The anatomical glove design with straight fingers and free thumb improves the wearing comfort. The Signature Latex Essential surgical gloves use a tapered cuff design with a rolled edge to reduce roll-off during use. They can also be used as part of the double gloving technique for infection prevention.
