RESOLON® is a synthetic, non-absorbable suture. The product is initially, like NYLON, a monofilament polyamide 6-6.6 thread, which, however, undergoes a special treatment in the manufacturing process. RESOLON® is exceptionally soft and supple even in a dry, sterile state. This results in excellent handling and knotting properties for a monofilament thread, with optimal knot tensile strength. Needle type: 3/8 circular cutting needle 21 mm, PREMIUM cut.
