RESOLON® is a synthetic, non-absorbable thread. Like NYLON, the product is initially a monofilament polyamide 6-6.6 thread, but is subjected to a special treatment during the manufacturing process. RESOLON® is exceptionally soft and supple even when dry and sterile. This results in excellent handling and knotting properties for a monofilament thread with optimum knot tensile strength. Needle type: 3/8-circular, cutting needle 18 mm, PREMIUM cut.
