RESOLON® is a synthetic, non-absorbable thread. Like NYLON, the product is initially a monofilament polyamide 6-6.6 thread, but it is subjected to a special treatment in the manufacturing process. RESOLON® is exceptionally soft and pliable even in the dry sterile state. This results in excellent handling and knotting properties for a monofilament thread with optimum knot tearing strength. Needle type: 3/8-circle, cutting needle 18 mm, PREMIUM cut.
