Here is the next generation of the Propulse® ear irrigator: The Propulse® ear irrigation device features a modern design while retaining the familiar and proven features. The ear irrigator helps to remove earwax, keratin and foreign bodies from the external auditory canal in a patient-friendly, fast and efficient way. The patented QrX™ Tip and the quick lock and release system provide safety for both clinician and patient. The Propulse® Irrigator™ features a convenient foot switch for hands-free operation, an easy-to-insert container with water shut-off valve to prevent spills when transporting water to and from the Propulse® device, and a self-retracting hose for neat and tidy storage.
