Premilene® Mesh is a traditional mesh for hernioplasty or reconstruction of the chest wall and is made of monofilament polypropylene. The monofilaments are knitted into a durable mesh. Premilene® Mesh is characterised by its thin but extremely dimensionally stable mesh wall. Premilene® Mesh is highly transparent so that the underlying tissue remains visible during surgery.
