PROTECATH DP Pochette™ is a sterile dressing set for peritoneal dialysis catheters. It consists of a window dressing to cover the catheter exit site and a protective pouch for the connector. The dressing has a non-adhesive transparent film and a 0.5 cm notch for the tube feed-through. The bag is attached to the window dressing in such a way that the connector can be removed and reinserted at any time. PROTECATH DP Pochette™ allows showering and patient hygiene without changing the dressing, which significantly minimises the general risk of infection.
