NYLON is a non-absorbable monofilament thread extruded from polyamide 6-6.6 (pressed and stretched through nozzles in a mouldable state). Due to its high tensile strength, even with the smallest thread diameter, nylon is particularly suitable for the finest sutures in microsurgery. Polyamides can bind up to 10% water. Needle type: 3/8 circle, cutting needle 6 mm, PREMIUM cut.
