Mepitel® One is a draping silicone tulle (wound contact pads, wound spacers) suitable for the management of a wide range of exuding wounds. It can also be used as skin protection on non-exuding wounds and sensitive skin areas.
- up to 14 days of undisturbed wound healing and less pain when changing dressings
- no residue and maintenance of functional properties for up to 14 days
- very good exudate transfer and topical application of substances
- wound assessment possible without changing dressings
- the peel-off aid supports the healing success of e.g. skin tears. e.g. skin tears
- Safetac® technology
Areas of application:
- non-exuding to heavily exuding wounds
- chronic wounds
- traumatic wounds such as skin tears, abrasions
- burns up to grade 2a
- skin removal sites
Properties:
- no to heavy exudate. Please use a secondary dressing for heavy exudate.
- Can be cut to size
- Very low allergy potential
