Mepilex® XT is a soft and highly conformable foam dressing that maintains a moist wound environment. Thanks to the channels on the wound side, all types of exudate are effectively absorbed. Safetac seals the wound edges, prevents exudate from leaking onto the surrounding skin and thus minimizes the risk of maceration. Safetac also enables dressings to be changed without damaging the wound or surrounding skin or exposing the patient to additional pain.
