Mepilex® Ag is a versatile silicone-coated, antimicrobial foam dressing. The dressing is designed for low to moderately exuding burns and wounds. Can be used, for example, for the treatment of foot ulcers, pressure sores and second-degree burns. Thanks to Safetac® technology, the foam dressing does not stick to the wound bed. Less pain when changing the dressing. The foam dressing with silver can kill germs (bacteria and fungi) in the wound within 30 minutes.
