Marilon is a non-absrobable monofilament suture material made from polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), which is characterised by its complete inertness. The suture is coloured in blue. Marilon suits very well for cosmetic skin and vascular sutures. Marilon has a very high tensile strength and a relativity small elongation. By a short stretching of the suture you remove the curling of monofilaments. Marilon is provided as needled suture or as pretied ligating loop. - 3/8 circle cutting needle 19 mm
