The LumiraDx SARS-CoV-2 & RSV Test is an automated, rapid microfluidic immunofluorescence test for use with the LumiraDx Point-of-Care Testing System. It is intended for the simultaneous qualitative detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein antigen and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) viral antigens in direct nasal swab specimens from individuals suspected by a clinician of having a viral respiratory infection with COVID-19. The LumiraDx SARS-CoV-2 & RSV Test is intended to aid in the differential diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 and RSV in humans. Clinical signs and symptoms of viral respiratory infection caused by SARS-CoV-2 and RSV may be similar.
