The FDA-cleared Littmann® CORE digital stethoscope allows switching between analogue and amplified listening modes. This allows you to choose your preferred mode during the examination. Dual frequency technology allows the diaphragm to be controlled to hear different frequency ranges by varying the pressure of the chestpiece. For low-frequency sounds, the chestpiece is pressed lightly against the patient; for high-frequency sounds, the pressure on the chestpiece is increased. Suitable for use with both adult and paediatric patients. Up to 40x amplification and active noise cancellation to reduce background noise. Soft ear tips fit precisely to the ear canals for optimal comfort and excellent noise isolation. The Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscope provides HIPAA-compliant means to secure and annotate 15-, 30-, 60- or 120-second recordings in a secure environment using Eko software for iOS and Android. The Littmann® CORE-Digital Stethoscope consists of a CORE-Digital attachment and a Littmann® Cardiology IV Stethoscope.
