Outstanding acoustics with improved perception of high frequency sounds (large side, increased pressure). The Littmann® Dual Frequency Diaphragm technology allows stethoscope users to control the diaphragm to hear different frequency ranges by varying the pressure of the chestpiece. With light pressure, low frequencies are favoured, with slightly heavier pressure, higher frequencies. The paediatric side of the chestpiece can be converted to a traditional open funnel by simply removing the dual frequency diaphragm and replacing it with the supplied cold ring. The integrated dual tube system combines two sound paths within one tube. This eliminates the annoying rubbing noise of traditional double hoses. Durable and dirt-repellent hose material without natural rubber latex and softeners. Optimal fit and wearing comfort due to individually adjustable earpieces with soft ear tips.
