Outstanding acoustics with improved perception of high frequency tones (large side, increased pressure). The Littmann® technology of the dual frequency diaphragm enables users of the stethoscope to control the diaphragm by varying the pressure of the chest piece so that different frequency ranges can be heard. With light pressure, low frequencies are favoured, with slightly stronger pressure, higher frequencies are favoured. The paediatric side of the chestpiece can be converted to a traditional open funnel by simply removing the dual frequency diaphragm and replacing it with the supplied cold protection ring. The integrated dual tube system combines two sound paths within one tube. This eliminates the annoying rubbing noises of traditional double tubes. Optimum fit and wearing comfort thanks to individually adjustable ear hooks with soft ear tips. Tube with satin surface prevents hair and clothing from sticking. The specially formulated coating is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. Total length: 69 cm, membrane: Ø 43 mm and 33 mm.
