Outstanding acoustics with improved perception of high-frequency sounds (large side, increased pressure). The Littmann® Dual Frequency Diaphragm technology allows stethoscope users to control the diaphragm by varying the pressure applied to the chest piece, enabling different frequency ranges to be heard. Light pressure favours low frequencies, while slightly stronger pressure favours higher frequencies. The paediatric side of the chestpiece can be converted to a traditional open bell by simply removing the Dual Frequency Diaphragm and replacing it with the included anti-chill ring. The integrated dual-tube system combines two sound paths within a single tube. This eliminates the annoying friction noises of traditional dual tubes. Durable and dirt-repellent tube material without natural rubber latex and plasticisers. Optimal fit and wearing comfort thanks to individually adjustable stainless steel ear hooks with soft ear tips. Total length: 69 cm, total weight: 177 g, chest piece weight: 87 g, diaphragm: Ø 43 mm and 33 mm, hose connection and ear hooks highly polished.
