In daily wound care, compresses must perform their task reliably and be economical. Leukoplast® compress cotton gauze is ideal for this purpose. It is easy to handle and available in practical sizes. Leukoplast® compress cotton gauze has folded cut edges (17-thread). Leukoplast® compress cotton gauze is available as a sterile and non-sterile compress and is absorbent, skin-friendly and breathable.
For double safety in the operating theater, the Leukoplast® range includes additional product variants with woven-in X-ray contrast thread, double sterile sealing and double counting card. Leukoplast® compress cotton gauze slit compresses can be used for wound care with cannulas and drains.
Leukoplast® compress cotton gauze is made of 100 % oxygen-bleached cotton in accordance with DIN EN 14079.
