The Troponin I Cassette Test is a rapid immunochromatographic test for the qualitative determination of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) in human serum, plasma and whole blood. The test provides a preliminary test result as an aid in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction (MI). The preliminary result obtained with the Hitado Troponin I test should not be used to rule out MI.
- Scope of delivery: 10 Hitado Troponin I test cassettes (incl. disposable pipettes), 10 heparinized capillary tubes, 1 buffer solution and 1 instruction manual.
- Additional required materials (not included): Sample collection container centrifuge (only for serum or plasma samples), alcohol pad, lancets (only for finger prick whole blood samples), capillary tube cap (only for finger prick whole blood samples), timer.
