The STACTIP finger splints are fenestrated distally, volarly over the terminal palpation ball, taking the anatomy into account. This window makes it possible to palpate and perform certain sensitive tasks with 'fingertip sensitivity’. A large opening in the dorsal area of the finger splint ensures good air circulation.
