The PC 60D2 is specially designed for infants and children. It has a very large, crystal-clear colour display ( ideal for darkened rooms) and an automatic alarm function. In case of deviation from standard values, a visual (display flashes) and acoustic (beep) alarm is given. As a professional oximeter, the PC 60D2 has a built-in measurement of the perfusion index (PI). This PI makes it possible to evaluate the peripheral perfusion of the measured tissue, so that conclusions can be drawn about the quality of the measurement and the blood flow.
