Cutimed® Siltec® Plus is a highly absorbent foam dressing for the effective treatment of chronic wounds - especially for low to high levels of exudate. Its silicone film with extra adhesion is characterised by stronger initial adhesion for easy and reliable application of the foam dressing and is therefore also suitable for wounds that are difficult to access. The "third-hand effect" effectively relieves the user when applying the secondary fixation. Furthermore, the silicone film of Cutimed® Siltec® Plus protects newly formed tissue and prevents the dressing from sticking to the exuding wound. Consists of a polyurethane foam with a highly adhesive silicone film for effective initial adhesion.
