Cosmopor® silicone is a self-adhesive wound dressing with a highly absorbent wound pad. The viscose wound pad absorbs wound exudate and transfers it to the superabsorbent fibres. There, the exudate will permanently be sealed in, so that it can no longer return to the wound.
