Cosmopor is a sterile, adhesive wound dressing made of a soft non-woven fabric, with a wound dressing pad 30.5 x 5.5 cm with DryBarrier® technology, individually sealed. The wound contact layer made of a finely-woven polyethylene net prevents an adhesion to the wound. A transfer layer brings the exudate into the absorption layer and is stored there permanently to prevent rewetting. Very good absorption and high storage capacity, with additional padding effect, skin-friendly due to hypoallergenic, synthetic adhesive.
