The Agani™ safety cannulas are intended for use with a standard luer-slip or luer-lock syringe for aspiration and injection of fluids for medical purposes. After withdrawal of the cannula from the tissue, the provided cannula protection device can be used to irreversibly enclose the cannula immediately after use, thus minimising the risk of a cannula puncture injury.
