The 3M™ Kerralite Cool™ moisture-regulating hydrogel wound dressing provides dynamic control of exudate flow and protects against dehydration by moisturising dry wounds or absorbing excess fluid from low-exuding wounds. The dressings are designed with Pro-ionic™ technology to actively respond to the wound condition by providing and/or absorbing fluid as needed. The polyurethane outer film is fluid-repellent and highly breathable. It protects the wound from bacteria and external influences while allowing moisture to pass through.
