3M™ Kerralite Cool™ Border moisture-regulating hydrogel wound dressing for dry and lightly exuding wounds. The dressings are designed with Pro-ionic™ technology to actively respond to the condition of the wound by providing and/or absorbing fluid as needed. The wound dressings provide a cooling sensation on the skin when applied, helping to minimise wound pain. The outer polyurethane film is fluid-resistant and highly breathable, protecting the wound from bacteria and external influences. At the same time, it is permeable to water vapour.
