Aktimed TAPE PLUS 5 cm x 5 m, pink kinesiology tape (1 reel)

Worldwide patented physio tape for kinesiological Taping with plant extracts (Arnica montana D6, Rhus toxicodendron D8 and Ruta graveolens D6). The skin is gently lifted and massaged. The focus is on the physical and mechanical properties of adhesive tape. For open wounds, the product may only be used in combination with a sterile wound dressing under the physio tape.

Application instructions:

• the product can only be used once and needs to be applied by a trained person only

• prior to application the skin should be cleaned and fat-free

• remove the protection film. Apply tape with and without strain

• the glue unfolds the adhesive effect through body tempera- ture, for this purpose it is advised to smooth out the tape in longitudinal direction from base to end (approx. 60 sec.)

• apply the tape 30 min prior to sports activity

• after showering, taking a bath or swimming the tape should be dried with a hair dryer (lowest setting) or by dabbing

• the tape can occasionaly cause skin irritation. In that case please remove the tape

• the tape can best be removed after taking a shower or a bath

Safety instructions:

• do not use in case of an allergy against one of the ingredients, or test the tape on a small area of skin first

• do not apply on open wounds, injured skin or unhealed scars

• do not use in case of acute or chronic skin diseases (e.g. neurodermatitis thrust, Psoriasis, fungal infection)

• do not use in case of Thrombose or Thrombophlebitis

• do not use in case of a peripheral arterial occlusive disease distal to the occlusion

• do not use in case of malignant tumors, radiotherapy or chemotherapy

• if pregnant, please apply the tape only according to your doctor’s advice

• keep out of reach of children

Duration of use:

• the tape lasts up to 6 days on the skin
