How many products do you have?
Around 25,000 articles from over 300 manufacturers are mostly available at our
logistics centre with a total storage area of 5,100 m².
Do you have a minimum order value?
Principally
no. However, we charge a processing fee of 10.00 € for orders under 100.00 €.
With an order value of 250.00 € or more we deliver your order free of charge
(for deliveries within Germany).
How fast is your delivery?
If we
receive your order till 1 p.m., to 95% your parcel will be delivered the next
day (excl. Saturdays)
Do you pffer direct deliveries to my customers?
Of course!
We gladly deliver directly to your customers. Direct deliveries within Germany
are possible at our usual conditions. You will find all costs at: megro shipping conditions.
What are your costs for international deliveries?
We deliver
worldwide. You can find our most frequent shipping destinations including costs
at: megro shipping conditions. Your
desired destination is not listed? No problem, just contact us!
Do you offer pharmaceuticals?
You will
find products in our online shop that are marked with the suffix Pharmaceutical.
These are mainly skin and hand disinfectants. To buy these products we need to
see an appropriate license from you.
I have a
specific question regarding your products – who can I contact?
Our
qualified medical product advisors are available for all your concerns.
What
guarantees do you offer in terms of batch traceability?
As a
responsible wholesaler for medical products and pharmaceuticals, we have
implemented a qualified batch tracing system for the products we supply - even
in the case of direct deliveries to your customers. The effectiveness of this
system is confirmed to us by the EN ISO 13485:2016 certificate issued by our
Notified Body MEDCERT.
Do you
have an ombudsman on the subject of the Whistleblower Protection Act and what
is this actually about?
The
European Whistleblowing Directive must be transposed into national law. This
will be done through the Whistleblower Protection Act at the national level;
among other things, § 12 HinSchG stipulates the obligation for companies with
50 or more employees to set up an internal or external office for
whistleblowing. Our ombudsman (to be found under contact persons) guarantees absolute discretion and provides a secure channel for
whistleblowers. He receives tips on violations of laws and guidelines,
especially those in connection with allegations of corruption.
What are your redemption fees?
Our offers
exclusively apply to commercial customers. For this reason the two-week period
for the return of orders does not apply. The return of products is only
possible in individual cases and with our prior consent. Pharmaceuticals
are not returnable.
Why do some products have additional freight costs?
For some of
our products (mostly bulky or difficult-to-pack items), either the manufacturer
charges additional freight fees for shipping these goods, or our colleagues
in our warehouseare more onvolved than usual in packaging of the goods in the best possible way and in selecting the safest transport route. To ensure that these goods arrive at your premises in perfect conditions, additional fees apply.
